Team meeting in-person
Our April 14th meeting will be in-person, the Coursers will be in from Germany. Location TBD, but plan to be able to attend if possible.
CRM Sticky Notes
On the CRM you'll see some sticky notes that show up at the top of an entry now. We're primarily using them for social media stuff currently, with the biggest notes to be aware of being:
- IRF - no social media activity should be happening at all. We've temporarily removed them from the list of AM clients, but if one slips through, don't do anything on them until further notice.
- Copper State - bit of a different case, we will be sending them the social media and blog posts rather than posting them ourselves.
Spelling
When we're doing keyword tuning and we're adding cities, just do a quick double check on the city's spelling. We spelled Tucson AND Phoenix wrong (Tuscon and Pheonix) all over one of our client's sites, Cincinnati was spelled wrong on another site.
We're exploring options for automated spell-checking, but please please please make sure you are spelling city names correctly. Search Engine results are impacted when spelling errors are made.
Other items of note
Sarah found a way around the LinkedIn inability to post an image with a post. More details and a KB article to follow, once the details are mapped out.
Sarah knitted an Angry Sheep! (So, so Angry!)
