Our own internal recession appears to have ended, we had results of 4.7% profitability and 13.3% growth for the quarter. This translates into a 0.75% quarterly raise.
I know it's been awhile since we did raises, so to recap the current process:
Your IRA started with 3% company contribution
Raises are applied to the IRA contribution first
Once the IRA contribution reaches 10% it caps out
Raises beyond that point will be applied to your hourly rate
