How to Create a Favicon
- Create a square proportioned (16px x 16px) version of the favicon
- If you have an image program that can save as .ico then save as .ico file
- Otherwise, save as png and use an online service to create an ico.
- Save the file to images-design
- Insert the following markup in the <head> section of the masterpage:
